ESPs we build in

Built in your stack — not handed off as PDFs.

We write the copy and build the send (or the entire flow) directly in your ESP. Your team can hit "approve and schedule."

Why our emails win

Built to land, get opened, get clicked.

Most "email copy" reads like a press release with a button. Ours reads like a person sent it — and it's engineered to do one specific job.

Written for the job

Every email has one job — book the call, recover the cart, save the customer, get the click. We write to that job, not around it.

On-brand voice

Voice intake up front, living style guide for ongoing work. Sounds like you wrote it on a really good day — every time.

Subject lines & A/B variants

Multiple subject lines, preheaders, and CTA variants per send so your team has something real to test.

Deliverability-aware

Clean HTML, proper plain-text, image/text balance, link hygiene — written to land in the inbox, not the promo tab.

Three ways we engage

One-off, lifecycle, or always-on.

Pick the engagement that fits — most clients run lifecycle flows underneath an editorial newsletter.

One-off

Single sends & sequences

Launch, BFCM, sales blast, win-back — sized to the moment, shipped on deadline.

Lifecycle

Always-on flows

Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandon, post-purchase, win-back — built once, earning forever.

Newsletter

Editorial cadence

Weekly or monthly newsletters with a real point of view — not a recap of last week's blog.

What's included

Every send ships ready to schedule.

No "where are the subject line variants?" emails. No "can you send the plain-text version?" Every send arrives with everything your team needs.

  • Goal, audience & offer intake
  • Subject line + preheader (3 variants each)
  • Body copy in your voice
  • Plain-text version included
  • CTA + button copy variants
  • A/B test recommendations
  • Deliverability-aware HTML
  • Built directly in your ESP (or delivered as Doc / HTML)
  • 1 revision round per email
  • Optional flow architecture & automation setup
How it works

From brief to scheduled in five steps.

01

Brief

Goal, audience, offer, voice. 20-min call or async form.

02

Strategy

We map the send (or sequence): trigger, audience, timing, success metric.

03

Outline

Subject lines, preheader, hook, value, CTA — approved before drafting.

04

Draft

Writer drafts. Editor reviews. You get polished copy + 1 revision round.

05

Ship

Built directly in your ESP, or delivered as Doc/HTML for your team.

Starting points

Pick a starting point. Scale from there.

Pricing is "starting at" — every engagement is quoted to scope, ESP, and whether we write only or write + build.

FAQ

Email campaign questions, answered.

What kinds of email campaigns do you write?+

Lead nurture sequences, sales blasts (including BFCM), cart and browse abandonment, post-purchase, onboarding and activation, win-back, upgrade and expansion pitches, customer service replies, affiliate and influencer outreach, event and webinar invites, newsletters, and product launch sequences. If it goes in an inbox, we write it.

Do you write copy only, or do you build it in our ESP?+

Both. We can deliver as a Google Doc / HTML for your team to ship, or build directly in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, Substack, Resend, Loops, and most other ESPs.

Will the emails sound like our brand?+

Yes. Every engagement starts with a voice intake — samples, do/don't list, tone words. For ongoing clients we maintain a living style guide so every send sounds like you, not us.

Do you do strategy or just copy?+

Both. Most clients hand us a goal — recover more carts, warm more leads, sell more on launch day — and we come back with the sequence architecture, trigger logic, timing, and copy. You can also send us a fully scoped brief and we'll just write.

Can you set up the automations and flows in our ESP?+

Yes. We can architect and build complete lifecycle flows in your ESP — triggers, segments, conditional splits, send-time logic, and reporting — not just write the copy that goes in them.

How fast is turnaround?+

Single emails ship in 3–5 business days. Sequences (5–7 emails) ship in 7–10 business days. Always-on programs ship on a monthly calendar. Rush is available.

Do you handle deliverability?+

We write deliverability-aware copy and HTML — clean code, proper plain-text, balanced image/text ratios, link hygiene. For the Email Engine package, we also actively manage deliverability (warm-up, sender reputation, list hygiene).

How do you measure success?+

Goal-dependent. For sales sends, revenue per send and conversion rate. For nurture, reply / meeting-booked / sales-qualified rate. For lifecycle flows, recovered revenue and activation rate. For newsletters, open / click / unsubscribe and reader-reported value. We agree on the metric in the brief.

Inboxes are won one send at a time

Let's get pro emails into your subscribers' inboxes this week.

Tell us your goal — recover more carts, warm more leads, sell more on launch day — and we'll come back with the sequence and the copy.
